Position Summary:
We’re expanding our Global Business Development function and looking for a Business Development Executive – Global Markets (Network Mining & RFPs) to accelerate Saarthee’s growth across India, Asia, and the US markets.
This role blends strategic outreach, relationship-driven sales, and RFP leadership. You’ll be responsible for mining and leveraging professional networks, identifying new business opportunities, and leading end-to-end RFP management to onboard new clients across analytics, AI, and technology domains.
You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, delivery, and pre-sales teams to craft compelling proposals that showcase Saarthee’s capabilities and strengthen our global footprint.
Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:

Drive business growth across India, Asia, and US markets through proactive network outreach and lead generation.

Leverage existing professional and industry networks to identify and engage new client opportunities.

Lead and manage end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, from requirement gathering to proposal submission and follow-up.

Collaborate with pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and capability presentations.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities using CRM tools.

Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, new sectors, and high-potential accounts.

Support strategic pitches and bid management, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

Represent Saarthee in client meetings, demos, and industry forums to expand brand visibility.

Track, analyze, and report sales metrics, RFP win rates, and opportunity health to leadership.

Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and refine market entry and expansion strategies.

Contribute to pilot proposal development for new market verticals and service lines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Account Management, preferably in analytics, consulting, or technology domains.

Proven experience in network-driven business development and relationship-based selling.

Strong track record in RFP/RFI response management, from strategy to submission.

Familiarity with global markets, especially India, Asia, and US business environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) for pipeline and opportunity management.
