Job Description: International Business Development Executive – ITOverview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Business Development Executive to expand our IT business globally. Responsibilities:
Market Research and Strategy:
Identify and analyze potential markets, customer segments, and trends in the global IT industry.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate new markets and achieve revenue growth.
Client Acquisition:
Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calls, industry events, and digital outreach.
Understand client needs and present tailored IT solutions, including software development, IT consulting, cloud services, cybersecurity, or other relevant offerings.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and pricing models for prospective clients.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.
Collaboration:
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize market positioning.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity.
Regularly update senior management on business development progress and challenges.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, contracts, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and agreements.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience:
Proven track record of 3+ years in business development or sales in the IT sector, preferably in an international context.
Experience in selling IT services, software solutions, or SaaS platforms.
Skills:
Strong understanding of IT services and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
