Job Profile: SEO & Digital Marketing Executive Job Title:  SEO & Digital Marketing Executive  Job Summary:  The SEO & Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for driving organic and paid traffic to the company's digital platforms. This role involves optimizing website content for search engines, managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to overall online brand growth and visibility. Key Responsibilities:  Search Engine Optimization (SEO):  - Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and ranking improvement.  - Optimize on-page elements like meta tags, headers, and URL structures.  - Perform technical SEO audits and resolve site performance issues.  - Build quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.  - Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Content Marketing:  - Develop and oversee content strategies aligned with SEO goals.  - Collaborate with content writers to create high-quality, keyword-rich blog posts, web pages, and other digital assets.  - Optimize multimedia content (images, videos, etc.) for SEO. Digital Marketing Campaigns:  - Plan, execute, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.  - Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).  - Drive retargeting efforts and email marketing campaigns to re-engage users.  - Analyze and report on the ROI of marketing efforts. Web Analytics & Reporting:  - Track website traffic, user behavior, and conversions using analytics tools.  - Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and improvement strategies.  - Use A/B testing to refine campaign strategies and improve conversion rates. Social Media Management:  - Assist in the planning and posting of engaging content across social media channels.  - Ensure alignment between social media efforts and broader marketing goals.  Industry Trends & Competitor Analysis:  - Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and SEO algorithm updates.  - Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth. Qualifications:  - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.  - 1-3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.  - Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google Analytics.  - Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress.  - Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.  - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.  Key Skills:  - SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical)  - Paid Advertising (PPC Campaigns)  - Social Media Management  - Web Analytics and Reporting  - Content Marketing  - HTML/CSS (basic knowledge preferred)  - Excellent communication and organizational skills  Work Environment:  This role can be hybrid, remote, or on-site, depending on company policy. Regular collaboration with the content team, developers, and other marketing professionals is expected.
