Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic Business Development Executives (BDEs) to drive client

acquisition and business generation for our IT Services & Staff Augmentation

business.

Note: This is not an IT Recruiter / Bench Recruiter role. The focus is on end-to-end

sales and client engagement, not resume sourcing or portal management.

We are not looking for candidates who:

 Work only on updating resumes/visa details for bench employees.

 Submit profiles via job portals without direct client engagement.

 Act as proxy recruiters with no client-facing responsibility.

 Focus only on internal coordination instead of business development.

 Lack experience in direct B2B client acquisition and consultative sales.

 Depend solely on job boards instead of proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

 Take full ownership of the sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

 Connect directly with client companies (domestic) hiring remote IT professionals

(Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.).

 Pitch pre-vetted bench resources aligned with client needs and close staffing

engagements.

 Build long-term consultative relationships with decision-makers and hiring

managers.

 Drive outbound sales via LinkedIn, emails, and calls to generate qualified leads.

 Understand client requirements: skills, engagement models (contract/full-time),

timelines, and team size.

 Position and present bench talent effectively to meet client project needs.

 Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client

satisfaction.

 Maintain a structured sales pipeline, document conversations, and update CRM

tools.

 Bring a solution-selling approach to address client pain points with tailored

staffing solutions.

 In addition to staffing solutions, generate outsourced IT project

opportunities by engaging with companies willing to outsource their entire IT

project requirements to Synclovis. Work closely with internal delivery teams to

ensure project delivery on time with the highest quality standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

1–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT services or staff augmentation

(Domestic Market).

 Strong understanding of technology roles and IT staffing.

 Demonstrated success in consultative sales, client handling, and revenue

generation.

 Experience in selling remote developer services / contract staffing (not just

support roles).

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Onsite Requirement

This role requires working onsite from our Bangalore office. Please apply only if

 Identify & Outreach – BDE connects with XXX Company hiring managers via

LinkedIn/email or direct calls.

 Understand Requirements – Gather details on skills, team size, budget, and

project timelines.

 Pitch Bench Talent – Present pre-vetted developers who can join immediately.

 Coordinate Internally – Match client needs with available bench talent.

 Follow-up & Schedule Interviews – Manage communication and feedback

loops.

 Negotiate & Close – Handle pricing, contracts, and onboarding.

 Pitch Outsourced IT Projects – Engage with companies looking to outsource

their entire IT project, positioning Synclovis as a trusted partner capable of end-

to-end delivery within deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,041.42 - ₹45,328.27 per month
