Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with expertise in B2B lead generation for the international market. The ideal candidate will leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and email marketing to identify, engage, and convert potential clients. This role demands strong sales strategies, email automation skills, and networking expertise to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Targeting: Understand company products, conduct research, and identify the best platforms for client acquisition.
2. Lead Generation: Develop and execute personalized email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
3. Email Marketing & Automation: Utilize tools like Snovio & HubSpot to optimize engagement and response rates.
4. Networking & Relationship Building: Build and nurture connections with key decision-makers via LinkedIn.
5. Lead Conversion: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to turn leads into clients.
6. Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign results and implement data-driven improvements.
7. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, best practices, and LinkedIn/email marketing algorithms.

Must-Have Skills:

1. B2B Lead Generation Expertise via email marketing (Email Automation (Snovio, HubSpot, etc.) & LinkedIn (search filters, groups, messaging strategies).
2. Tech-Savviness – Basic understanding of IT services, technology stacks, and trends to better communicate with potential clients.
3. Lead Qualification – Strong ability to qualify leads and ensure they meet the target persona criteria.
4. Content Personalization Skills – Crafting personalized outreach messages to improve engagement.
5. Excellent Communication Skills (written & verbal)
6. Ability to Work Independently (time management & prioritization)
7. Cold Calling Experience (International Market).

Tools Experience
1. Experience with Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Lead Gorilla, and social media platforms

Education:
1. Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. (Computers), BCA, or related field2. Postgraduate: MBA, M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. (relevant specialization)
