Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Coimbatore. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs to provide solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily tasks include contacting potential clients, presenting our services, arranging meetings, and closing sales deals. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in sales, with excellent communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Tamil (Freshers are also welcome). This role involves pitching products/services, handling objections, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products/services. Confidently pitch and close sales over the phone. Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers through effective communication. Handle customer objections and rejections with professionalism. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the team lead or manager. Update customer records accurately in the system. Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales performance. Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or telecalling role (Freshers are also welcome). Proven ability to sell or a strong interest in building a sales career.
