Acculer Media is looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Whether you're a fresher eager to start your career or someone with up to 2 years of experience in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential leads and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
• Reach out to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos.
• Follow up on leads and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to offer tailored client solutions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .
• 0–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development executive or similar role.
• Freshers with good English communication are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
• Confident in presenting and negotiating with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
