Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to join our Guwahati branch. This role focuses on outreach, student engagement, and lead generation through both fieldwork and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres and build institutional relationships * Conduct student seminars and group counselling sessions in educational institutions * Generate leads through offline marketing activities such as street campaigns, canopy setups, and events * Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, courses, and countries * Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person visits to convert into admissions * Assist in organising education fairs, promotional events, and career awareness sessions * Maintain and update student data using CRM tools * Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to the team lead * Support social media campaigns and local promotions in coordination with the marketing team * Represent Bluesky at education events, workshops, and exhibitions Candidate Requirements * Fresh graduates from any stream * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Confidence in public speaking and student interactions * Willingness to travel locally for outreach activities * Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google tools * Knowledge of local market and student ecosystem preferred * Prior experience in sales, marketing, or counselling is a plus but not mandatory Why Join Us * In-depth training and onboarding support * Exposure to international education systems and global university networks * Dynamic work environment with growth opportunities * Performance-based incentives and recognition Be part of a purpose-driven team making a difference in students' lives Apply now to be part of Bluesky Education’s mission to guide the next generation of global learners.
