Job Description

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives, particularly in healthcare / ABA/billing/service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory calls and product/service demos with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with company offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deals in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, leadership) to ensure smooth handover of clients
  • Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and meet monthly/quarterly targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written English required)
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
  • Ability to handle cold outreach and follow-up professionally
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Experience in healthcare, ABA services, billing, RCM, SaaS, or service-based companies
  • International client handling (US market preferred)
  • Lead generation via LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.

Pay: Competitive – based on experience

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
