About the Role

Bepoj Technology Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Business Development team and is looking for motivated and result-driven professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, proposal creation, and building long-term business relationships with international clients.

• Business Development Executive (BDE) – 2 Positions
• Business Development Manager (BDM) – 1 Position

Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn
• Create and submit effective proposals based on client requirements
• Communicate with international clients via calls, emails, and chats
• Handle negotiations, project discussions, and follow-ups
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in online bidding and international client handling
• Ability to understand client requirements and prepare proposals
• Knowledge of IT services, digital solutions, and project coordination
• Proactive, confident, and result-oriented approach

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development or Online Bidding
• Good understanding of bidding portals and sales processes
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Energetic, committed, and eager to grow professionally
• Immediate joiners preferred
