Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to join our Guwahati branch. This role focuses on outreach, student engagement, and lead generation through both fieldwork and marketing initiatives. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Telecaller to strengthen our student outreach and engagement team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents, introducing them to Bluesky Education’s services. Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate details about courses, universities, and application processes. Convert enquiries into appointments and qualified leads for the counselling team. Consistently follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to maintain engagement. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and lead generation. Maintain and update call records, databases, and reporting sheets accurately. Understand student requirements and guide them towards suitable study options. Support marketing campaigns by engaging with leads generated from events, fairs, and online promotions. Build and maintain strong communication with students and parents to ensure a positive experience. Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure smooth follow-up and closures. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar sales role. Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi (spoken and written). Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure. Proficient in using MS Office, CRM tools, or databases for call tracking.
