Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate qualified leads for custom software, ERP, CRM, AI, and mobile app development.
  • Research and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo.io, email campaigns, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across different industries and verticals.

Proposal & Communication

  • Understand client requirements, prepare custom proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical and project management teams to frame solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos (online/offline).
  • Maintain CRM updates, records, and progress reports.

Tender & Institutional Sales (if applicable)

  • Monitor GeM, CPPP, and state e-tender portals for suitable software tenders.
  • Prepare and submit technical and financial bid documents in coordination with management.

Partnerships & Market Expansion

  • Build strategic partnerships and collaborations with agencies, resellers, and consultants.
  • Represent the company in networking events, business forums, and exhibitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or IT.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT / Software sales, business development, or pre-sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong understanding of software technologies such as ERP, CRM, AI, and mobile/web applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), lead platforms, or tender portals preferred.
  • Ability to meet targets, prioritize tasks, and work independently with accountability.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Knowledge of proposal writing, RFPs, and bid documentation.
  • Familiarity with software project lifecycles and estimation processes.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.).

  • Vastral, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
