Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Night Shift

Department: Sales / Business Development

Location: Mohali, Sector 74

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)

Shift: Night Shift (USA/International Timing)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali (Sector 74). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling international clients, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients via calls, emails, and platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork.

Handle international client communication professionally.

Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for project execution.

Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,682.58 - ₹50,794.21 per month
