Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and generate business for Food Ingredients products. You will be required to implement and execute strategies for growth through the product lines of leading principals represented by the company in order to achieve the division's objectives and targets. It is essential that you gather in-depth knowledge of the products, their various applications, and the customer base, including but not limited to Sweeteners, Acidulants, Preservatives, Prebiotics & Food Fibers, Humectants, and Immunity Boosters. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve the division's sales and receivables targets. - Keep track of industry trends, market developments, new products, competitive activities, and customer behavior. - Develop and maintain relationships with customers, particularly key accounts, and strengthen existing relationships. - Provide support, information, and guidance to clients to maintain strong relationships. - Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. - Consistently track the development of sales strategies and take resourceful actions to achieve organizational goals. - Identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators for products based on market knowledge and competitor analysis. - Identify new business opportunities for products and principals. Qualifications Required: - People Management Skills - Knowledge of CRM platforms like ZOHO or SALESFORCE - Excellent communication and strategic prospecting skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with good negotiation skills and a growth mindset Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off.
