Primary Responsibilities

• Tender Identification & Tracking
• Monitor and source relevant government tenders (e.g. from GeM, GIL, CPPP, state portals) in segments like AR/VR solutions, e-governance, smart infrastructure, healthcare, and educational tech.
• Proposal & Bid Management

Lead end-to-end bid preparations—EOI, RFP responses, technical and financial submissions. Coordinate with presales, technical, legal, and finance teams to craft winning proposals.

• Client & Government Relationship Building

Cultivate strategic relationships with government officials, procurement officers, consultants, and system integrators to influence and stay ahead on upcoming projects. Develop targeted strategies for government segments, track competitors, and analyze market trends to refine bidding approaches and ensure successful conversions. Manage tenders' documentation accuracy, ensure on-time bid submission, maintain eligibility criteria, and comply with regulatory frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or equivalent. MBA preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in business development focused on government tenders, ideally within IT, software, AR/VR, or smart infrastructure sectors TrabajoJobLeads.
• Proven familiarity with procurement platforms (GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals) and tendering processes in India.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage detailed documentation.

Preferred (Bonus) Qualities

• Prior success in securing government contracts, especially in portals, AR/VR, e-governance, or smart city projects.
• Existing network within Gujarat government agencies or departments.
• Knowledge of tender evaluation criteria, performance bank guarantees, EMD processes, and local compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
