Inside Sales Associate (Enterprise Sales)

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru
Work Week: 5 Days Onsite Experience: 2-4 years preferably

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels.
  • Identify and reach out to decision-makers (VPs, Heads of Sales, CXOs) in mid to large enterprises.
  • Pitch and schedule product demos showcasing a fully autonomous solution.
  • Understand prospect pain points and tailor conversations to their use cases.
  • Maintain and track active leads with disciplined follow-up.
  • Consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets.
  • Leverage internal databases and tools to identify the right point of contact in target companies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of outbound/inside sales experience

    , preferably in

    IT / Tech / SaaS / Software sales

  • Strong communication skills in

    English and Hindi

    .
  • Prior experience in a

    Domestic Sales

    environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and prospecting best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven IC role.
  • Any Graduation (preferred BTech, BE, BCA, BSc Electronics, etc.).
