Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. B2B Sales & Business Growth

    • Identify, onboard, and manage B2B clients for FMCG products.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  2. Hypermarket & Modern Trade Sales

    • Handle sales operations with hypermarkets, supermarkets, and modern retail chains.
    • Ensure product listing, visibility, promotions, and coordination with category managers.
  3. Online Selling / E-commerce

    • Manage and grow online sales through marketplaces and brand website.
    • Coordinate with e-commerce platforms for product uploads, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
  4. Dealer & Distributor Network

    • Identify new dealers and distributors, negotiate terms, and drive secondary sales.
    • Ensure proper product availability, stock rotation, and healthy relationships with partners.
  5. Corporate & Institutional Sales

    • Pitch FMCG product range to corporate clients, institutions, and bulk buyers.
    • Generate leads, conduct presentations, and close corporate deals.
  6. Market Analysis & Reporting

    • Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
    • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with management.
  7. Relationship Management

    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, retailers, and internal teams.
    • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of FMCG sales channels (B2B, Hypermarkets, Online & Distributor Sales).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and market visits.
