Job Summary

Business Development Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Search and identify potential buyers and suppliers through

    internet research

    , company websites, online business directories, government portals, export-import databases, etc.
  • Conduct targeted research on social media platforms such as

    LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram

    , and forums to identify decision-makers and relevant companies.
  • Explore global

    business associations, industry groups, B2B platforms

    , and trade communities to gather relevant market data.
  • Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the

    international metal scrap industry

    .

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Handle domestic and international

    sales inquiries

    , negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Convert potential leads into long-term customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and present sales pitches, company profiles, and product details for international clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams for export/import documentation and timely order fulfillment.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with global clients.
  • Follow up regularly with clients for orders, feedback, and new opportunities.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

4. Marketing & Branding

  • Assist in planning and executing

    digital marketing strategies

    , including email campaigns, social media promotions, and content research.
  • Maintain the companys presence on professional networks (LinkedIn, industry forums).
  • Collaborate on marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, and presentations.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly

    reports

    on research findings, lead status, and sales performance.
  • Update CRM tools and databases with relevant client information.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business, Marketing, International Trade

    , or related field.
  • Strong research skills, especially in

    online data gathering

    and social media research.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of

    export–import processes

    , Incoterms, and global trade is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in

    Metal Scrap, Steel, Recycling, or Commodity Trading

    is preferred.
