Job Summary

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales growth for tissue paper products across B2B, corporate, retail, and online channels.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share.
  
• Manage and expand relationships with hypermarkets, supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate clients.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential sales prospects.
  

Client Management

• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with clients.
  
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure repeat business and resolve concerns.
  

Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  

Online & Retail Channel Development

• Manage and optimise sales on online platforms (B2B e-commerce portals and online retail channels).
  
• Establish and maintain partnerships with retail chains and modern trade outlets.
  

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  

• 4–5 years of FMCG sales experience

• Strong network in
