We are seeking a highly driven and persuasive Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for building meaningful business relationships to help drive revenue and growth.
Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and other channels
Pitch products/services to prospective clients with strong sales storytelling and persuasive communication
Understand client needs, present customized solutions, and close deals effectively
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client goals
Collaborate closely with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and execution
Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain up-to-date records of activities and pipelines using CRM tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage decision-makers
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
High level of self-motivation, discipline, and results-orientation
Familiarity with CRM systems, email outreach tools, and lead generation strategies
Prior experience in SaaS, IT services, or start up sales is a plus
