Position: AI Solutions & Services Sales Specialist
Location: Onsite / Hybrid / Remote (as per company policy)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy AI Solutions & Services Sales Specialist who can drive revenue by selling AI-powered software solutions, chatbot development, automation tools, and enterprise-grade AI services.
The ideal candidate understands business workflows, identifies automation opportunities, and can communicate the value of AI to CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.

1. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients across industries (E-commerce, Healthcare, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, webinars, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Consulting & Requirement Gathering

  • Understand client workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI integration.
  • Conduct AI-readiness assessments and recommend the right solutions (chatbots, automation workflows, NLP tools, custom AI models).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate customer requirements into feasible solutions.

3. Product & Service Pitching

  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations for AI chatbots, automation systems, LLM solutions, and custom AI development.
  • Educate clients on ROI, efficiency gains, and automation benefits.
  • Present relevant case studies and success stories to build confidence.

4. Proposal Creation & Deal Closure

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution outlines.
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Upsell and cross-sell AI integrations, support packages, dashboards, and advanced automations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and development teams.

Skills & Competencies RequiredTechnical Understanding (Preferred but Training Provided)

  • Basics of AI, ML, NLP, and chatbot systems
  • Understanding automation workflows (Zapier, RPA, custom scripts, API integrations)
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales and software development lifecycle

Sales Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex technology in simple language
  • Experience with consultative selling
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities

Tools Knowledge (Good to Have)

  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proposal creation tools
  • Google Workspace / Notion

KPIs / Performance Metrics

  • Monthly qualified leads generated
  • Proposal-to-closure ratio
  • Revenue target achievement
  • Customer satisfaction score
  • Client retention & upsell percentage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
  • Sales experience in IT / SaaS / software development is a plus
  • Passion for AI and emerging technologies
