Role: Direct Sales Executive

As a Direct Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales:

  Connect proactively with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.

• Consultative Selling:

  Understand the academic needs of students and parents and recommend tailored solutions to maximize product adoption.

• Revenue Growth:

  Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term engagement and referrals.

• Negotiation & Closing:

  Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.

• Home Conductions:

  Conduct home visits to engage with leads in person and demonstrate the product effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of total sales experience
• At least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry (preferably K-12 or test prep)
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  

Work Conditions

• 6-day work week (Monday fixed off)
• Must own a laptop/device for work-related tasks
