Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold sales calls, lead generation, and target achievement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct inside sales activities such as telephone conversations, email campaigns, and face-to-face meetings to generate leads.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in B2C sales or business development in the education sector (freshers can apply).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent convincing power, communication skills, and negotiation abilities.
