We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 years of experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Designation: Business Development and Sales Executive.
Location: Gurgaon.
Experience: fresher to 1 year.
Package: CTC 6 LPA (3.6 LPA Fixed + 2.4 LPA Performance Based).
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling from provided leads.
Convert and interact with prospective leads as per the given sales target.
Advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs.
Provide analytical insights for sales and maintain premium customer communication from companies end-to-end.
Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales targets are met as per the organization's goals.
