Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Identify target markets and segments to focus on for client acquisition and retention.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development in the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels within an organization.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking leads, managing contacts, etc.
