Job Description

As a Business Developer at our company, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation. - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and prospecting activities. - Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, and attending networking events. - Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions to potential clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and promote brand awareness. - Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of services. - Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation. - Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to management. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and expand our network. - Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Good communication skills in Hindi and English. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients. - Ready to dedicate at least one year to the company.
