Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to join our digital marketing agency. The primary responsibility will be to generate leads, set up appointments for the sales team, and promote our digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Web Design, etc.) through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (businesses, startups, and agencies) to introduce our digital marketing services.
  • Identify decision-makers (marketing managers, business owners) and pitch services effectively.
  • Maintain a daily call target (e.g., 50-80 calls/day).

2. Appointment Setting & Follow-ups

  • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to nurture leads.
  • Maintain a record of interactions in CRM.

3. Client Engagement & Query Handling

  • Explain digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) in simple terms.
  • Address basic client queries and objections professionally.
  • Provide information on pricing, packages, and offers.

4. Database Management & Reporting

  • Update and maintain the lead database with accurate information.
  • Share daily/weekly call reports with the sales manager.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Any Graduate (Marketing/Business background preferred).
  • Communication: Fluent in English & [Local Language], with a clear and confident phone voice.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel for lead tracking.
  • Awareness of digital marketing terms (SEO, Ads, Social Media) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Persuasive, patient, and good at handling rejections.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)

  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer support.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services.
