Job Title: Telesales Executive Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru Job Description: Selling membership packages and services over the phone, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Lead Generation and Conversion: Making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing matrimony services, and converting leads into paying clients. Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration: Working with team members to ensure smooth workflow, target achievement, and effective customer service.
