Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
  • Explain our matrimonial services, benefits, and packages clearly and confidently.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate membership plans.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into paid clients.
  • Maintain a daily log of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle client queries and provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Build a rapport with customers to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
