We are currently looking to fill the position of Tele-Sales Executive at Beatriffy Ed Tech Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time position based at Thornhill Road, Civil Lines. Both experienced candidates with a minimum of 1 year in tele-sales and freshers are welcome to apply. **Job Type:** Work from Office | Full-time **Salary:** 6,000 - 20,000 per month **Incentive:** Unlimited **Responsibilities:** - Contact potential customers to inform, influence, and sell classes/packages/demo classes. - Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. - Schedule Demo Classes with potential customers and close deals thereafter. - Address objections, negotiate, and successfully close deals. - Collect feedback from customers or prospects and relay it to internal teams. - Regularly engage with existing customers to upsell larger packages. - Maintain records of leads/customers status. - Possess effective communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to communicate proficiently in English and Hindi. - Capable of working under pressure and meeting targets. - Must have a smartphone with a dual sim slot.
