We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base with SMBs and enterprise brands.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5-10 sales executives/BDRs
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Implement sales processes, KPIs, and CRM best practices

Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition

• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients
• Build relationships with marketing directors, CMOs, and business owners
• Conduct high-level consultations and present customized digital marketing solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close 6-8+ deals per month (individually and through team)

Performance Optimization

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
• Work with marketing to refine lead generation and sales enablement strategies
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to position services effectively

Requirements Must-Have

• 5+ years in sales leadership, with 3+ years selling digital marketing services
• Proven track record of managing a high-performing sales team (agency experience preferred)
• Expertise in consultative selling and complex sales cycles
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web Development
• Experience with CRM tools

Nice-to-Have

• Experience selling monthly retainers
• Existing network of marketing decision-makers
• Certifications in Google Ads, etc..
