Business Developer Executive

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.

• Achieve student admission targets.

• Understand customer needs and requirements and pitch suitable programs.

• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

• Counselling and interacting with students and parents. Support students one-on-one in selecting courses, assisting with the application process, and meeting application deadlines.

• Assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation for the application process. Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements, processes, and enrollment procedures.

• Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Ability to empathize with students and parents, building relationships through conversations.

• Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment.

• Proven expertise in converting leads into sales.

• Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

• Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have.

• Strong listening and presentation skills.
