Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. Achieve student admission targets. Understand customer needs and requirements and pitch suitable programs. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. Counselling and interacting with students and parents. Support students one-on-one in selecting courses, assisting with the application process, and meeting application deadlines. Assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation for the application process. Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements, processes, and enrollment procedures. Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: Ability to empathize with students and parents, building relationships through conversations. Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment. Proven expertise in converting leads into sales. Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have. Strong listening and presentation skills.
