Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven
Business & Delivery Manager
to lead end-to-end IT recruitment operations while also driving business growth and client partnerships. This hybrid role combines strong delivery leadership with proactive business development and account management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment teams, ensure seamless delivery, and also contribute to strategic client acquisition and expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire recruitment delivery process, ensuring high-quality candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and business requirements.
- Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of recruitment solutions while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Oversee onboarding process and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes using technology and tools.
- Ensure compliance with policies, legal hiring guidelines, and client agreements.
- Provide regular performance insights to senior management.
🔹 Business Development & Client Engagement Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in the IT industry, particularly in Fintech, E-commerce, HealthTech, and Gen AI domains.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow accounts and drive revenue.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, offering tailored workforce solutions and market insights.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and participate in client presentations and negotiations.
- Collaborate with leadership to define sales targets and pipeline strategies.
- Maintain and grow key accounts through regular check-ins, issue resolution, and relationship building.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure that client expectations align with execution.
- Leverage market intelligence to anticipate client hiring needs and position recruitment solutions accordingly.
- Represent the company in networking events, conferences, and industry forums.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Prior experience in managing both delivery and client acquisition is a strong advantage
