Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business objectives, functional specifications, and technical constraints.
- Requirements Engineering: Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, ensuring a shared understanding across all stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, detect inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements or new features that add business value.
- Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain clear documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), process flows, and presentation decks for leadership and clients.
- Process Mapping & Visualization: Design comprehensive workflow diagrams, wireframes, and journey maps using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Solution Implementation Support: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure business goals are effectively translated into technical deliverables and executed seamlessly.
- QA & Validation: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validating system outputs against defined requirements, and supporting issue resolution and enhancement identification.
- Project Monitoring: Track project milestones, escalate roadblocks, and provide timely updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to all stakeholders. Preferred Skills & Tools:
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and SQL
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in working with product, tech, and operations teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
