Description
Salesforce’s Quote to Cash (QTC) Enterprise Strategy & Solutions team is looking for a
Business Systems Analyst
to join our growing organization. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, connecting business needs with technical solutions, and bringing structure to ambiguity.
In this role, you’ll work on enterprise-level projects that help scale and streamline our internal Quote-to-Cash operations. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Architecture, and Product to deliver scalable solutions. We are seeking proactive, self-motivated individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity, take initiative, and consistently drive project success with minimal oversight.
You’ll be working closely with our US-based teams, with an approximate shift schedule of 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST, subject to change based on project needs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Functional Leads and Technical Architects to understand our future-state vision for Quote-to-Cash systems and processes, and help translate that into actionable system enhancements.
- Lead and document business and system requirements by engaging with subject matter experts and business stakeholders.
- Map and document as-is and to-be processes, system interactions, and data flows using tools like Lucidchart.
- Support data migration efforts, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities across different systems.
- Use data analysis and BI skills to identify patterns, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work with Product Managers and Architects to build or refine Salesforce automations — like flows, creating AI agents, and other process efficiencies.
- Help manage project delivery—track requirements, communicate updates, and identify risks or dependencies.
- Lead and participate in UAT cycles, validate data accuracy post-migration, and ensure that system changes align with business requirements.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of business rules, configurations, and data flow logic.
- Work with enablement teams to prepare training materials and support change management when rolling out new tools or features.
Required Skills/Experience
- Hands-on experience leading projects in a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst capacity, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise environment.
- Background in Q2C, CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management, or Order Management systems.
- Familiarity with Lucidchart, Smartsheets, or similar tools for process or project documentation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills—able to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Curious and proactive mindset—someone who takes ownership and enjoys understanding how systems and data fit together.
- Hands-on experience with data migration projects, data validation, or system integration projects.
- Proven aptitude for data analysis and reporting, with experience running SQL/SOQL queries and leveraging Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI analytics tools.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience with Salesforce administration or Agentforce automation (flows, agents, process builder, etc.).
- Exposure to large-scale transformation, data-heavy, or M&A integration initiatives.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction or Business Operations teams.
