Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Head Office, Chennai


Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to lead the rapid deployment of our Digital POS (Point of Sale) vertical and analyze the cost-effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts. This role involves coordinating with tech teams and insurers to integrate products online, designing seamless digital onboarding processes for POS agents, and evaluating marketing spends to ensure high ROI. The success of our Digital POS initiative and recruitment strategies depends on the efforts of this candidate.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital POS Implementation & Integration

·      Drive the launch of the Digital POS platform by coordinating integration efforts between tech teams and insurance partners.

·      Work closely with insurers to integrate their products into our digital ecosystem, ensuring compliance and operational readiness.

·      Define, document, and optimise end-to-end digital onboarding processes for POS agents.

·      Act as the single point of contact between business, tech, and insurer teams to ensure timely execution.

·      Identify and resolve tech-related obstacles quickly to prevent project delays.

·      Track project milestones, maintain implementation timelines, and ensure the success of the Digital POS vertical.


Digital Marketing Cost-Benefit Analysis

  • Analyse digital marketing spends for POS recruitment and onboarding campaigns.
  • Track and report key performance metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Activation (CPA), and Cost Per Policy (CPP).
  • Benchmark campaign performance against industry standards and historical data to identify optimisation areas.
  • Provide recommendations to optimise marketing budgets and improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly marketing ROI reports and present insights for strategic decision-making.


Key Requirements:

Education:

Graduate in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • 5–7years in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Digital Marketing Analytics roles.
  • Experience in insurance, fintech, or digital onboarding projects is preferred.
  • Exposure to digital marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking is an advantage.
  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Working knowledge of product integrations, API coordination, and process design.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, performance dashboards, and basic financial modelling.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
