Digital Marketing Cost-Benefit Analysis Analyse digital marketing spends for POS recruitment and onboarding campaigns. Track and report key performance metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Activation (CPA), and Cost Per Policy (CPP). Benchmark campaign performance against industry standards and historical data to identify optimisation areas. Provide recommendations to optimise marketing budgets and improve recruitment efficiency. Prepare monthly marketing ROI reports and present insights for strategic decision-making. Key Requirements: · Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. · Experience: 5–7years in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Digital Marketing Analytics roles. Experience in insurance, fintech, or digital onboarding projects is preferred.
