Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role

We are an insurance brokerage seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Analyst to help us grow our online visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SEO, content strategy, and digital campaigns, particularly in highly competitive industries like financial services or insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for insurance-related keywords.
• Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for lead generation.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to support SEO and lead gen.
• Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align digital strategy with brokerage goals.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing and SEO trends, especially in insurance/finance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and SEO (insurance/financial services a plus).
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Experience with Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Strong copywriting and keyword optimization skills.
• Knowledge of compliance considerations in financial/insurance marketing (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
