Role Summary

Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals is building a credible, scalable, and globally trusted healthcare and wellness brand. We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Creator who can translate science, quality, and outcomes into content that drives trust, traffic, and demand.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that pharma marketing is not influencer fluff. It requires clarity, accuracy, consistency, and performancewhile leveraging AI tools, SEO, and data-driven execution to scale reach across digital channels.

You will work closely with leadership to strengthen Agrosaf’s brand authority across women’s health, wellness, OTC, nutraceuticals, and regulated healthcare products, across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Pharma & Wellness Content Creation

  • Create high-quality, compliant content:
    posts, carousels, reels, short videos, blogs, website copy, product pages.
  • Translate clinical, formulation, and product benefits into simple, trust-led messaging.
  • Create differentiated content for:
    • Prescribed Medications
    • Wellness & nutraceuticals
    • Beauty and Personal Care Products
    • Women-centric healthcare
    • OTC & export-focused portfolios

AI & Prompt Engineering

  • Use AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, visuals, and video support.
  • Design and refine prompts for pharma-safe marketing, SEO content, and brand storytelling.
  • Build repeatable AI workflows to improve speed without compromising accuracy or credibility.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Own SEO-led content strategy for website, blogs, and product listings.
  • Focus on search intent, healthcare keywords, long-form authority content, and internal linking.
  • Drive consistent growth in organic traffic and brand visibility.

Platform & Channel Management

Manage and grow Agrosaf’s presence across:

  • LinkedIn (corporate credibility, leadership voice, exports)
  • Instagram & Facebook (brand, wellness, product education)
  • YouTube (educational, explainers, product insights)
  • Website & E-commerce
  • Quick Commerce platforms (content optimization, listings, visibility)

Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs: reach, engagement, website traffic, lead/product interest.
  • Identify what converts and double down cut what doesn’t work.
  • Continuously optimize content based on data, not opinions.

Key Skills Required

  • Must have experience in digital marketing & content creation (pharma / healthcare / wellness preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and organic traffic growth.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Ability to handle regulated, accuracy-sensitive content.
  • Platform expertise across social media, website, e-commerce, and quick commerce.
  • Commercial mindset with strong execution discipline.

2–5 years
(Flexible if the candidate demonstrates strong results, pharma understanding, and execution maturity)

Location

Agra – Head Office
(On-site role; this is a core execution position, not a remote experiment)
