About the Role:

Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with POS executives to drive engagement, retention, and performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned POS partners, addressing queries, concerns, and business needs.
• Facilitate virtual onboarding and training sessions for new POS members to ensure product knowledge and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze POS performance metrics, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Share timely updates on product changes, market developments, regulatory guidelines, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, underwriting, claims) to ensure smooth operations and support for POS executives.
• Maintain accurate records of communication, performance, and support activities in CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in POS/channel management or relationship handling roles.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products (life/general/health) and POS operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and virtual presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and relationships effectively in a virtual environment.
