Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Relationship Manager based in Gandhinagar Taluka. The Virtual Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients, addressing their needs, providing relevant solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include client interaction, managing client queries, providing support, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized services. The role requires excellent communication and client management skills. Qualifications Strong relationship management and client servicing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools Relevant educational qualifications; a degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field is preferred
