Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Relationship Manager based in Pune. The Virtual Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with customers, offering personalized recommendations, and supporting them in selecting and purchasing insurance policies. The role includes addressing customer inquiries, providing assistance throughout the policy lifecycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship management, interpersonal, and client interaction skills
• Basic knowledge of insurance products such as car, health, and travel insurance
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and achieve sales objectives
• Proficiency with CRM tools, customer database management, and multitasking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate and reliable information to customers
• Prior experience in customer service or sales, particularly in the insurance or financial services sector, is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
