Telecaller

Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Insurance Broking

Location: Ekkaduthangal, Chennai

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers may apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain insurance products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through various sources (digital campaigns, referrals, etc.).
• Provide accurate information about different insurance plans (life, health, motor, general).
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable policies.
• Schedule appointments for Relationship Managers / Sales Agents if needed.
• Maintain customer database and call records using CRM tools.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
• Handle customer queries and assist with the policy issuance or renewal process.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil & English
• Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products (training will be provided).
• Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass)
• Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / insurance sales is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
