Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Executive with strong English communication skills (Versant Level 6) to handle customer queries and provide timely, effective resolutions while ensuring high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, or chats

Resolve customer issues professionally and within SLA

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Provide product/service information clearly and confidently

Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards

Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required

Required Skills

English communication proficiency (Versant Level 6 mandatory)

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge

Customer-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Graduation in any discipline

Prior customer support or BPO experience is a plus
