Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our business development team. The role involves interacting with potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Call potential leads to explain Vynzora’s services and offerings.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Maintain client details and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.

Generate appointments for the marketing or sales team.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any stream.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam and English).

Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Email).

Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred, but freshers can apply.

Goal-oriented and enthusiastic personality.
