Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads to explain and sell services. Convert free users to paid members by following the defined sales process. Accurately document call details and customer feedback in the system after each interaction. Follow up with non-converted enquiries through scheduled calls and updates. Achieve daily call targets, talk-time metrics, and revenue goals. Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to customers. Attend regular evaluations and training sessions as required. Keep all documentation and follow-up records organized and up-to-date. Qualifications & Skills Required: Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telesales or a similar sales role. Education: Minimum qualification of HSC (12th pass); 2PUC or a Bachelor's Degree is a plus. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with clear speech and strong negotiation skills. Sales Skills: Ability to consult, persuade, and close sales effectively. Additional Information: Languages: Fluency in a regional language is an advantage. Work Schedule: 6-day workweek with 1 rotational day off during weekdays. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 20/05/2025
