Job Summary:

As a Telecaller at Almaa Siddha Care Hospitals, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential and existing patients over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate the hospital's services, benefits, and appointment availability to prospective patients. Your courteous and professional communication will contribute to building positive relationships with patients, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting the hospital's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and inbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries, provide information, and offer support
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer interactions
  • Answer questions about services, and products patiently
  • Contact potential customers to inform them about the healthcare product using scripts
  • Pitching given products/ strategic services and setting up meetings
  • Making sales calls, continuously, Setting sales goals, and developing sales.
  • Ability to listen and solve problems and ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Ability to learn about services and health care products and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Ability to Speak in English and Tamil
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, life sciences, nursing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in telecalling,or customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Min 1year of experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.

4. Knowledge in using CRM software or similar tools to manage patient interactions and appointments.

5. Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

6. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

7. Empathetic and patient-focused approach towards addressing patient needs and concerns.

8. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and appointment booking targets.

Additional Information:

- This is a full-time position based at Almaa Siddha Care Hospitals' Saidapet location in Chennai.

- Training will be provided to familiarize the telecaller with the hospital's services and procedures.
