Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with prospective candidates interested in overseas jobs and study abroad programs. The role involves counseling leads, explaining global opportunities, and converting inquiries into successful registrations while maintaining full compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates interested in jobs abroad or study abroad programs
• Handle inbound inquiries generated through advertisements, portals, and walk-ins
• Provide accurate information about overseas job vacancies, countries, eligibility, and study programs
• Explain company services, process flow, documentation requirements, and legal compliance
• Schedule counseling sessions and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain proper call records, lead data, and follow-up status
• Coordinate with recruitment, documentation, and processing teams
• Ensure ethical communication strictly as per MEA & POE guidelines
• Achieve monthly inquiry handling and conversion targets
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Graduation
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Prior experience in telecalling, overseas recruitment, education consultancy, or sales is an added advantage
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, email)
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
