We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our IT training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, explaining our courses, and helping them enroll. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for education, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and explain available IT courses.
Counsel students on career opportunities on call and guide them to suitable programs.
Handle inbound inquiries via calls & Messages.
Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow up on leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly prospect walkin target.
Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams for promotional activities.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure student satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle student queries and provide accurate information.
Basic knowledge of IT courses (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales is a plus.
Proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi
Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
